How to access care during COVID-19
Appointments
All appointments will be completed via telemedicine or an in-person visit. We are accepting new patients. We will provide services via in-person, in-facility, telemedicine (video), or telephone call.

Refills
As always, we ask that you contact your pharmacy for medication refills. If you need assistance from us please contact us via refills@npamn.com. Due to the volume of calls, we are receiving we kindly ask that you refrain from calling unless absolutely necessary. Calling us will not speed up the process. Please do not assume that we will refill medications without a recent appointment. We may ask you to be seen before any refill or adjustment.
Cancellations
We know that these are interesting times. We are doing our best to provide you the care you need while keeping ourselves healthy. Please don’t cancel your appointment – it doesn’t do either of us any good. If you must cancel, we understand and look forward to seeing you in the future. Please realize that certain medications require an appointment to refill or adjust – we will not do it over the phone.
